Our dough is proofed for 24 hours in olive oil, then baked in a seasoned pan until the bottom goes golden and crisp — almost pan-fried. That’s not a chef’s flourish, it’s the practical reason our pizza arrives at your office still crunchy instead of steamed soft in the box.
This style was born in Greek-owned pizzerias across New England in the 1960s and 70s. Eleni’s family brought the recipes south to Sarasota in 2004, and three generations later we still make it the same way — no shortcuts, no compromises.

A Greek pan pizza is at its peak about ninety seconds out of the oven, when the bottom is still crackling. That is a thing you can only really get sitting down with us.
We are a plain, family-run room — no dress code, no reservations needed, high chairs if you need them, and a free parking lot right outside. More people eat in with us than order any other single way, and most of them we know by name.
Weekday lunch runs 11 AM to 3 PM, so you can sit down, eat a real lunch and still be back at work on time. Larger group coming? Give us a ring and we will get tables together.
